John L. Holden, Jr has been involved in commercial construction for 25+ years. In 1980 John enrolled in the University of Cincinnati's College of Applied Science to pursue degrees in Construction Management and Civil & Construction Engineering Technology. This program incorporated 'co-op' employment as a graduation requirement and John secured a position with one of the largest and most respected General Contracting firms in the Midwest. He was employed by this firm as both a co-op and a full time employee in Field Engineering, Estimating, Scheduling and Management positions for a total of nine years.
Seeking more involvement with the overall process of construction, John then went to work for a smaller construction company for five years. Since then, John has operated independently as a freelance Builder and Construction Manager. Clients range from large Developers to General Contractors who are looking for a Project Manager to handle a specific job.
