True North is a navigational term referring to the direction of the North Pole relative to a navigator's position.  John Holden, Owner of True North Builders, LLC named the Company in honor of his appreciation for the ocean, boating, diving, and all things nautical.

As with boating, navigating one's way through a complex construction project requires plotting the proper course, and avoiding any obstacles when they arise.  True North Builders can help successfully steer your next project to its' desired destination.

John Holden has been working in the industry since 1983 and is a Licensed North Carolina Commercial and Residential Building Contractor.  While John offers a variety of construction related services to his clients, his primary goal is very specific:

"To successfully transform the customer's dreams, ideas, drawings, and specifications, into a wooden, steel, and concrete reality"

John's aim is to provide his client with a quality product, produced on time and within budget.  By drawing on both his educational and practical experience, he combines the abstract skills of creative Construction Management, with the analytical components of computerized estimating, scheduling, and cost control, to affect the final successful outcome of a project.  By consistently delivering his clients with quality products, John has generated a great deal of repeat business and has built a solid reputation in the construction industry, based upon honor, trust, and dependability.

It is crucial to hire the right person for the job.  The next time you are contemplating the construction of an office, store, or personal residence, consider the benefits of hiring one key individual who will oversee your project and treat it like his own.
