OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE
John is currently focusing his attention on construction management representation for the actual project owner (i.e. developers, landlords, investors, etc.). The job of an owner's representative is to coordinate initial design, planning and engineering work. Once these items are in place, to then approve budgets/contracts, monitor schedules, pay requests and quality control issues.
